 Mimulus lewisii LF10 Genome v1.1: This is the draft LF10 genome assembly generated in the study “Genetic dissection of a major anthocyanin QTL contributing to pollinator-mediated reproductive isolation between sister species of Mimulus” (Yuan et al. 2013. Genetics. 194: 255-263).

 Mimulus lewisii LF10 Genome v1.8: This is a much improved LF10 genome assembly generated in the Fall of 2015, containing ~5000 scaffolds with N50 of 180 Kb.

 Mimulus cardinalis CE10 Genome v1.1: This is the draft CE10 genome assembly generated in the study “Genetic dissection of a major anthocyanin QTL contributing to pollinator-mediated reproductive isolation between sister species of Mimulus” (Yuan et al. 2013. Genetics. 194: 255-263).

 Mimulus lewisii SL9 Genome v1.0: This is the draft genome assembly of the SL9 mapping line, generated in the study “Bulk segregant analysis of an induced floral mutant identifies a MIXTA-like R2R3 MYB controlling nectar guide formation in Mimulus lewisii” (Yuan et al. 2013. Genetics. 194: 523-528).

 Mimulus lewisii SL9 pseudoscaffolds: This is the pseudoscaffolds of SL9 generated by aligning the individual SL9 contigs to the M. guttatus chromosomes, used in the “Bulk segregant analysis of an induced floral mutant identifies a MIXTA-like R2R3 MYB controlling nectar guide formation in Mimulus lewisii” (Yuan et al. 2013. Genetics. 194: 523-528).

 Mimulus lewisii LF10 Transcriptome v1.1: This is the LF10 15-mm corolla transcriptome generated in the study “Transcriptonal control of florla anthocyanin pigmentation in monkeyflowers (Mimulus)” (Yuan et al. 2014. New Phytologist. 204: 1013–1027).

 Mimulus lewisii LF10 Transcriptome v1.2: This is an updated transcriptome generated from LF10 leaf tissue and several flower developmental stages (including the calyx, corolla, stamens, and pistil).
